If there's very few of an item in stock (1-3), is the item more profitable?

I usually follow this rule when restocking on other sites, and since I'm unfamiliar with item rarities here, I figured I'd ask.

The prices of items on the site rise and fall so rapidly, I often find that it doesn't matter how many of them are in stock. I have seen items that cost 75k, and there are 14 of them in stock. Once you are familiar with a certain shop, you will easily be able to identify the profitable items.
