Went to preferences page and got a 5 year achievement alert. No loyalty box? Has this been dispensed with? I am about 3 months late collecting the achievement.

If I should have a loyalty box, do I file a ticket or post in faults, or am I supposed to go to another link to get the loyalty box. Sorry for all the questions, but thanks for any help you can give me.

The Loyalty Box would be automatically placed into your inventory. Have you check that to make sure you did/didn't receive it?

I thought it appeared on the preferences page and have not checked the inventory. Many thanks for your help - Heads for inventory
