I think that was fixed a while ago. They're back to their normal rarity in the Ice Fields.

I visit the snow fields as much as possible and always set the alert and I haven't found a bucket in ages after finding a half dozen in less than a week when they were showing up too often.

IMO Glacier is a color that becomes popular only when a new pet comes out in that color. This means that it doesn't really matter that they're not being dropped with any frequency right now. the price will go down still because everyone who wants a glacier pet has one right now. Glacier pets are typically released in winter.

You have a few more months of deflation, and then the market will correct, bam!!
