Is it some sort of event or game? Is it all the time? How does it work because i tried to donate some books and it said i could not donate anymore books at the time, but on the page it didn't say anything about it being an event or it being "over" if it was, so i'm very very confused. Help?

The Reading Drive is an event, it's not all the time and Keith doesn't like how they work currently (people tend to hoard books for months at a time, turn them all in on the first day and don't participate after that) so there may not be anymore, and if there are more they will probably work differently than they have in the past.
