Click 'Explore' then the moon looking thing named 'Atebus'. Then on 'Ziara City' and it's the Pet Zapper v.2. It will cost you 15 Wizard Tokens (Do wizard quests in 'Sacred Lands' to get tokens) and it can give you any pet in any colour, as well as some additional ones, such as the one you liked. However, it can also miss the pet and destroy items in your inventory, so watch out!
