This is a crude sketch i did while freezing my ass off at work. (sorry idk how big it'll be since I took it with my iphone) Would anyone be interested in it? I don't want to scan and trace it up if people don't like it. I'm nervous cause I...I'm not really an artist, I guess? I don't really draw, I'm nervous, you know.... lol

I think it'll come out really nice! I'm not sure i'd get it (i'm EXTREMELY picky about CWs. I've only ever bought 1.) but i like the flattened ears and the long hair. I say you should at least go for it. :)

Personally, I feel like CWs that have hair + ears have a harder time selling. I've only seen one or two that did well. Also, this sketch isn't really a good judge of your artistic ability. If you do move it to a computer sketch (which I highly suggest) I would love to see more strands of hair, because right now it looks like blobs / bricks of hair. I'd also love to see more detail on the ears if you keep them. Make sure to incorporate them in a way where they're part of the hair, or the staff will deny the item and make you split it into two pieces. Lastly, I'd be really careful, because there is a hair style in the salon that looks pretty similar to this. I'd reference it just so you know how to make your item more different from it. Good luck!

I will create an outline and post that; the ears will definitely have more detail but i believe that comes with coloring and shading, yes? for now i'm playing with just the simple line art in my spare time at work (stress relief to concentrate on anything but people backstabbing each other). truth be told it's a tribute item from a game I play - however there were certain aspects of the original that i felt were a little awkward, so i've been tweaking them (the bangs, how to style the ends of the hair) but i loved the idea of having flat ears instead of straight up. it's like chobits...only not robot ear pieces, just a natural growing out from a human head. thank you for your feedback, i hope that perhaps you will have more when i post the line art
[edit] Please be patient and gentle with me - i am not an artist, i don't have any "artistic ability" -- seriously. i'm a printer, i fix art, i don't create it. i don't draw, but i'm trying something new. this may not even be something i attempt to sell. i just...want to try something for fun. i want to learn something. i don't know how to deal with the bangs. i know i like them styled that way, but they look boring now that i tried to give the bottom of the hair a bit of a "sitting in a light breeze" look. the lines aren't perfect, but i did this in bed, with a damn mouse. insomnia blows.
