As it says in the title. I'm not a veteran role player by any means. In fact, you could almost call me a newbie. But I'm definitely willing to learn and get into roleplaying since I think it'll boost some of my writing skills in the long run.

So, I'm looking for someone that doesn't mind roleplaying with someone fairly new that might make a few mistakes. Given the chance, I think we can both have fun.

As for genres, I definitely love fantasy plots. Especially ones that involve dystopian societies. Can't get enough of them. Nothing about vampires or werewolves though. Please. I'm pretty much open to anything else though.

However, I dislike any fandom roleplaying. I just prefer canon, to be honest. The only fandom that I'd be willing to do is Pokemon since that world is very broad. I would also prefer not to be too realistic since I find roleplaying to be a place where one can truly have anything happening. Real life can often be too mundane.

For romance, I'd prefer to have none, but I am willing to try it out to gain some experience in writing about that.

Although I listed my likes and dislikes above, I can be convinced to roleplay anything, so long as the plot is interesting. So, don't be turned away by my dislikes.

By fandom, you mean you're not into rping OCs (which is fine) but are you into rping any other tv show/media besides Pokémon if it were with canon characters?

I suppose so as long as the characters aren't OOC because then I would just feel strange playing as them. But I'd really prefer if I could roleplay using completely original characters since I feel that it will improve both my and my partner's skill in character development.

However, like I said above, I'm open to a lot of things. So yes, I would be willing to do a RP with canon characters.

I can see how that might have been a bit confusing. The reason why I don't like roleplaying fandoms is because the universe in which the canon story takes place is always rather small and limited. I just mentioned Pokemon as an example for something I'd be willing to do with OCs if someone really wanted to since the Pokemon world is extremely large and a lot of things can happen. But I'm not just limited to Pokemon. Give me another large, large world, and I'd be happy with that.

Basically, the larger the world of a canon story, the more likely I am to be willing to roleplay with OC characters since it will make more sense.

Yay! c: So, the main place we'd be in is called Erim City on a planet called Naniru. To not make this ridiculously long it's more or less like our world with different nations, governments, culture, and people and with a whole lot more dysfunction. At the point we'd be playing in, a large war on the Nothern side of Naniru has wiped out the entire infrastructure of a nation, causing a world wide depression. The people that inhabit it are for the most part humanoid but think along the lines of fantasy? Weird ears and simple abilities but nothing too ridiculous. There are several distinct species though that I have made but the only notable one that would appear in Erim City are the Tarok. There are gods and goddesses that interact with the people and such but if you like they don't have to be part of the RP and, if I consider it, there isn't much they would be doing beings shenanigans.

Sounds great. I'd love to be a part of this story. How many characters would we be controlling? One each, or would you want multiple main characters?

I was thinking of something involving angels, grim reapers, the like. Mostly creatures that would go under the horror or death category.

I was hoping to mainly flesh out Fianma's story. :3 I really haven't had a chance to use her and I'm dying to. So, more or less, I would be using her as my main but perhaps more into the story we can show different parts of Erim that indirectly, or even directly, affect our main characters and their lives? My pets play a part into the story although I'm lazy and don't have the time to spend on them regardless, hahaha. If the different people later in the RP does interest you, Drevay would be one of them although he has a humonoid appearance for practical purposes. Tyrison and Meero too but they are both on the Northern side.
