I'm totally confused at the moment and I hope I can get some help here.

I wanted to get a Nostalgic Escalate Pet. So I went to Vanya for the Quest.

He asked me to bring him this item:

Plastic Molders Kit

So I looked in the internet where to find it and found this informations:

Rarity: 70 (Rare) Type(s): Other Restock Location: Thimble & Co.

Now I'm refreshing for days and didn't see anything yet.

I'm restocking other Items which has a rarity of 99, but didn't get to see a 70 rarity item?

So, is this information I found wrong and I'm not able to restock this item?

I hope someone can give me a hint ^^#

There are alot of high rarity items in Thimble & Co, but these aren't as valuable cause they aren't needed for the quests, so they'll stay in the shop much longer than those elusive kits. It's the right shop, don't worry. I still need my plushie makers kit xD

Hmm ok. I restocked all Items to make a Nuclear Potion a few month ago. And it didn't took that long. So I was really wondering ^^ Thanks for your answer :D

in general, the rarity of something is not necessarily a measure of how much people want it, nor is it a measure of how much it will sell or how hard it is to restock. In particular, there are several game mechanisms that result in r99 items being created, so they are less rare and less expensive than r98 items.

There's a higher demand for Nostalgic than Nuclear. You're in the right shop, just stick with it.

The item you are looking for also restocks (occasionally) at the Crystal Shop. Perhaps more easy quick and less bothersome would be to frag a mess of items and wait for it, or at least to frag them just in case, and then if you restock it from the Thimble, you can get yourself something nice from the Crystal Shop.
