When I have not, only just completed the set and went to go get my prize but it wouldn't let me D: I don't have the achievement either ;-; Please help, freaking out a bit/INTENSELY after spending 130mil getting the last two.

It's just a glitch that's going around. :P I had the same thing happen. Just file a ticket and staff will fix it up for ya. :) Congrats on the collection!
