WHAT IS THIS?

Hello, everyone. Meet Hallelujah - http://subeta.net/pets/hallelujah - you can call her Halie. Right now, she has an incredibly dinky treasure chest, and not a lot of information on her page. Truth be told, she isn't even the right species. I know, I'm ashamed.

But, she has big dreams. Someday, she is gonna be an Angelic Irion - but that can wait, and she is patient. However, you see, she has a problem that needs tended to post haste. She spends a lot of time in a certain place; her memorial garden. You see that thing at the bottom of her page? That treasure chest? Well, that's her garden. It'll totally get an awesome, individual section on her profile, with totally awesome coding eventually. But right now, isn't it looking a little pitiful?

HOW CAN I HELP?

This is where you come in! My beautiful, wonderful, amazing users of Subeta. As you might have gathered from the blurb on her page (if you haven't read it yet, shame on you, I linked you up there for a reason!) the TC isn't just something I am doing for myself. It's a community project. I already have a few donors! See that last section on her page to get an understanding of what I am doing. It needs to be dolled up, because right now there's broken coding... but, I digress.

Anyways, basically - you, the great users of Subeta - are going to help us both by donating items or blessings to her garden. I really cannot do this on my own, I can't! You can follow the form below to include your very own tribute in her TC box. I will try to keep this updated with the amount of slots she has, but I may fall behind - if ever you send an item and it doesn't go in immediately, message me and I'll totally screenshot it in my Vault (where it will rest until I have the resources).

I also have a section committed to Natural Disasters and Public Figures - I notice a lot of tribute items appear on Subeta, and I felt it reasonable to include them. I don't know if WL links work, but here is what I have so far - http://subeta.net/wishlists.php?cat=115457 - in terms of ND and PF. I do own a handful of this stuff, just don't have the spaces. However, they definitely come second to the personal stories of the user's own loved ones. I plan to format it in a way that allows you to include a few words about the deceased - but I do ask that you keep it brief, maybe two to three lines. I can't have entire poems (no matter how awesome they are!) for every single person on the page!

I don't have a lot in terms of sP, so it would mean a lot to me that, especially if your item is expensive, you donate it yourself! If it's a cheaper item, I'd be glad to pay for it myself, but I can only do so much with having to keep up on the TC slots and everything else! I promise all donated items will be directly deposited into her TC, and should I ever see cause to remove it, it will be sent back to you.

I know there are a few Tribute threads on Subeta, pointing out items made in tribute to other people... I think I have ONE bookmarked. If anyone knows of any more, please do link me. Otherwise, please fill out this form! uwu Also, please, only one item per pet/person, but you're welcome as many people/pet submissions as you'd like.

I removed the story because it was over two years old and poorly written, but you have inspired me to work on it again. RANDOM NOTES

I'm aware there is something similar to this having been done by someone else (having to do with toys, maybe?) - and if anyone knows what the hell I'm talking about (unless it's just some weird sleep deprivation fueled fantasy), can you point me in the direction of the user who did that? I would like to credit them for the TC idea, because they really did inspire me.

If you are willing to donate or sell me magical keepsake boxes (for less than 150k, which is their price in the millionaires center), I will be in desperate need of them (now and probably forever, as this is an ongoing project). I will attempt buy in bulk if I have that kind of money on hand.

Ahh, I am glad this finally caught some attention! I think the title is a bit too abstract to tempt most people to come in; they probably think I just want flower items or the like. I am not sure how to make it more alluring, haha. I really appreciate the compliments, and I cannot thank you enough for the MKB! As soon as I reach the amount I need for a GA, I am going to start investing all my earnings into them. This will help a lot. I will be patiently awaiting your contribution. I'd just made a memorial pet myself, so your title caught my eye, I was curious. And at first I did think you just wanted flowers! (kind of like the Survivor memorial at Pandemic time, you know?) So, just to clarify... I can submit an item for myself, but also submit an item for one (or more) of my pets?

Ah, that makes sense! Yeah, it does seem a little abstract now that I think about it, haha. You have a very beautiful memorial pet! I have wanted to do the same for my own pets, or people, or public figures who inspired me - but I realized that, even in my short life, I have lost a lot of things I love and that have inspired me. I would have a completely full account of just tribute pets if I had decided to do that. Everyone loses someone, so I thought that if I was making a pet dedicated to everyone I have lost, why not allow other people to do so? I thought that might be something a lot of people would think, haha. I just visited the statue today and was like fff, this could be a problem, haha. Yes! You can submit one item each for each person you have lost, and one item each for each pet you have lost. I just don't want someone sending me 20 things and dedicating them all to their dog, because then no one would get a chance to have their stuff put in! I wouldn't be able to keep up with the spaces needed. However, if they send me 20 items for 20 different people/pets, that is different!
