Does it cut down the time or do something else? I just wanna check cause I'm kinda interested in getting one if it gives me a better chance of getting the new experiment skin

I believe it allows you to skip the wait time once but I'm not 100% sure. I decided to just wait it out at this point for the skin I want :P
