How to Find Shop to spend wizard Tokens at?

Is there a shop to spend the wizard tokens at? If so I have no idea where it is.
Would anybody be willing to tell me where it is located at?

wizard tokens can be used for all the various vending machines. They are also the only currency accepted by Elwood, Blackheart Hollow and the token shop. Tokens must be in your currency bank in order to spend at any of these locations.
