Hi, my HA has purple hair and I removed it and made a new one with a bald head. When I try to dress it, it still has purple hair though. How can I fix this?

Also, I'm trying to zap a pet, with tokens in my inventory, but the zapper says I don't have tokens currency. Is this a new thing? How can I put exactly 15 tokens into the currency thing?

Did you go to the salon and click "Back to Normal Please"? That should remove the salon hair.

You need to have tokens in your currency back to use them. If you click "Other Currencies" on your dashboard, then click Wizard Exchange from there you can turn in your tokens :).

Hair is gone, thanks! If I click 'Exchange your tokens automatically!' will it echange ALL my tokens? Because I only want to put 15 of them in my banked currency. If so, how can I put only 15 in?

Ah, if you only want to put 15 in then you can click on one 15 point token from your inventory and click "Add to Currencies" :). You can't use the tokens for anything like vending of the token shop if they aren't in your currencies though.

unless you are using the WT to give to other players, there's no reason to keep them as items. Whenever you want some WT to give to somebody either quest for some more, or cash some of them out using the Cash Out feature in the currency section of your Vault.

but if I want to sell them I shouldn't put them in the currency bank right?

you may still want to temporarily do this, because certain sizes of WT sell for more than others. People will pay you for your trouble so that they don't have to draw them out one by one themselves.

So what you're saying is, I should collect them in my currency bank till I have X tokens, and then withdraw them as one big token to sell it in my shop? Did I understand that correctly? Which token sizes sell the best? :)

, or you could draw them out as 1 point wizard tokens, or whatever size. Which size sells the best changes, it pays to keep on checking. Right now a 5 point wizard token sells for the same price as a 10. If you were glomming them all together to get a 1000 (the largest size) it'd be worth more than the same amount of 10s but less of 5s.
