I keep hearing people say you wont get hexed 100%...i find that hard to believe. So...is it true if you buy this you wont get hexed at all or just not as much?

It's not 100%. I don't know the exact percentage (maybe 90%?) but I've been ToTing a lot and only been hexed twice as far as I know.

- I second . I have the monocle and have been using since the start. Its definitely not 100%, but it is very high. I've only been hexed 2 or 3 times and I ToT a lot! I would says its around 90-95% at least.

I've worn it since the beginning of Moros and I haven't been hexed once.

I have also worn it since Morostide started and have yet to be hexed :)

I'm wearing Protective Sage, and I have been hexed only once, so it is likely equally good as the Hypno-Monocle. I know that they don't combine like Lizard Minion items do, I filed a ticket for that.
