Why can't I see "nominate pet for spotlight" on some of my pets profiles, but I can on others? For example, Annalea's can be seen but Jillybean's cannot.

has Jillybean been nominated? You can't see the "nominate for spotlight" link on your own pets' pages to prevent you from nominating your own pets.

Ooh, so because Annalea has been nominated I can see her link? This makes it kinda tricky to code, if I can't see it. >.<

you can use a different browser (not logged on) or simply log out to view. I personally just give .pet_spotlight a border so I know where it is on my page, and fix what the actual text looks like when I'm mostly done with the profile.
