Is it possible or is it a glitch?

It's happened to me twice today. I receive an item from TOTing, and then I look at my HA and I have a new hex. Both times I received an item, not a hex.

Now it doesn't bother me that I'm getting hexed, but I'd love to know why I am.

Note: The hexes don't last as long as the hexes I get when I actually am hexed.

I'd file a ticket and ask, I've never thought you were supposed to get items with a hex! Better to be safe than sorry, it does sound like a glitch.

I submitted a ticket. I was getting an unannounced hex with an item though, so I didn't really think anything of it the first time around honestly. Thanks for responding. :)

an unannounced hex might be a hex you caught from before, that is finally making it through the buffer. You may not have noticed it not taking effect yet, if you already had a hex going. The servers can be very busy during Morostide, so sometimes it can take as long as from one trick or treating to another for the hex to show up. Right now my dashboard shows me hexed, but this thread doesn't.
