Where do I get glitter sushi I just joined and have no idea I feel like a complete idiot

It comes from the Food Market, or if it's not in stock there, you can get it from the user shops. A good place to find stuff like this out is SubetaLodge. They're a super helpful fansite that can tell you loads about Subeta, and are super friendly too!
