I'm taking my driving test tomorrow and I'm so nervous. I feel like I'm going to screw up and fail. DX

I don't particularly enjoy driving either. I'm turning 17 in May, and I should have gotten my license almost a year ago. But I've been putting it off for a while. 8'D

How did your guys' driving tests go?

I passed mine on the first try. But only barely. The lady counted off cause I looked back over my left shoulder rather than my right. I guess she didn't see me do it, and it counted off a lot.

But other than that, it was no problem. It's really a lot less terrifying than you'd think. Once you get there, just remember your mirrors and you'll do fine.

I absolutely hated taking my driver tests as well, but I actually passed all of them on the first go. I was expecting to fail the third and final one, just about everyone does at least once, but somehow I got through it too. I also didn't like driving when I first started, there was too much stress and too many new things going on. Now though? I love it.

I didn't get my license until I was 18, although that was mostly because there wasn't much of a point to getting it on Guam where I used to live. I took the writing test in I think August or September and then took the driving test in October and passed my first time. It was nerve wracking, but I was a really cautious driver when I started out which I think helped me do well. If you're pretty confident with your driving skills and have been practicing you should do fine :) Just take deep breaths and pay attention to your surroundings and drive as you did when practicing (assuming you don't drive maniacally :P)

Mine wasn't really bad, but since I went through a driving school they were more lenient. I didn't have to parallel park either because the place they used for that was closed off due to a marathon. c: That was pretty awesome.

But, honestly, I think TV shows and movies hype it up to be something you should be nervous about, when you really shouldn't. I'm a terrible driver and I passed my test. You'll do fine.

I'm on the same page as you ! Sort of. I am close to finishing my log book (we need to drive for 100 hours, supervised before we're allowed to get our provisional licenses). So I'll have to do a driving test in two months !

I'm sure you'll be fine. :) Don't be too nervous about it and just try to relax. That's basically the advice my driving teacher offers me whenever we go for a practice test.

I did well :) I was SOOOO nervous but it all turned out alright.
