Like which ones specifically? I'm figuring just the newly revamped ones?

I got some from Maleria so I would guess that any that give out item prizes would have them.

I've gotten some from Cursed Quests, Maleria, Pete. Pretty sure Quentin, Wizard, and Cinthia will also give them out. Saggi might not since his quests are still in the old fashioned way.

They only quests I have left to do today that still give items are Drunk Carl and I'm figuring he probably isn't giving them out.

Hmm I haven't tried but I don't think he does because he's like Saggi as well... old school questing.

I got some from all of the updated quests, if memory serves. I did major drills, drunk carl, and saggi, and got nothing. It could be just bad luck on my part, though, but I think it's probably safe to say that they just aren't giving them out. xD
