A lot of people sell items based on cost to them, as opposed to the item's inherent value, so I think that because quite a number were sold for 60m during the cruise, there will be some that pop up occasionally for (relatively) cheap.

Pretty sure the one I saw up most recently was up for like 200m, then less, then less, then 100m or something like that. I've heard 200-300m price checks before multiple times, but never really understood the fuss about it, it's not as rare as something like DGR to retain that kind of value.

Though, if you're buying and there is none up in trades, you can't really offer the lower end of the rainbow, if people are holding onto them til they hit a magic 300m

I am interested in the OSS too heh heh - I just thought that while you were asking about the OSS, I'd ask about the cutlass since it's on my radar now :p

For 300m, it had better be made of diamonds and shoots gold ammo lol. Thanks for the info - My Alexondra just hot T9 and I wanted to upgrade my battle set so I need to know what a respectful offer would look like. I'll keep an eye out for people selling one and make a Wanted thread in the meantime ^^ Do you think 200m/6k csc would be a good offer?

No, I think it would be a terrible offer. Buyers can't really offer the lower end of the rainbow as I said, and be taken seriously. While 300m seems very off for me, 150-200 ish could do the job, if someone was looking to sell.
