Is 18m-19m per 500csc the going price?

- Right now, yes. People are driving up the price in anticipation for the Black Friday deals in the Cash Shop next week. This happens every year since Subeta started doing that. The price will likely drop by the second week of December, because after Black Friday is over, the start of December 2012 collection items being released it right around the corner. The price will probably drop to back closer to what is was at the start of the month by then.

Also, this thread is likely to get locked because this forum is meant for pricing items that do not have prices in user shops or trades. I just felt you should get an answer before it does get locked.

I personally don't think it's going to drop back. CSC is one of these things that will keep on inflating to follow how much SP people make.

Totally agree hard to say where it will land after the sale due to the fact that 30mill is no longer worth 30mill anymore xD

Yeah it hasn't been dropping back much after the sales recently. When they introduced BF, CSC would skyrocket during the sale and then drop back to where it was, now it just stays there, give or take a couple millions.

CWs were introduced right after last year's Black Friday which kept prices up.

It's now that they're lame, they just forgot to update them when the max shop price went from 100k to 50m :P making unbuyable worth 500 times more

I believe the prices will drop a bit because the market will be flooded with CSC during the sale. Last year there were many users selling upwards of 20k, 30k CSC each, and dozens and dozens more selling smaller (but still significant) amounts. Last year I myself sold an item for CSC right before Black Friday and sold something like 17k CSC during the sale, and was actually dropping my price closer to the end of the sale just to sell it all. Granted the CW market had not been introduced yet so there wasn't as much to spend it on, but I believe it will drop a bit. Probably not back down to 14mil per 500 or anything that low, but it should drop lower than it is selling for now. I know that everyone and their dog made a billion sp during the Saggi debacle, but I think users are still uncomfortable spending almost 20 mil for 500 CSC, and I don't think that price can sustain itself for long. Just yesterday I put a 500 CSC card in one of my shops at the lowest shop price (it was a bit over 18 mil), and rather than having it sell fairly quickly, I was contacted by several users asking if I would haggle. I ended up selling it for 16.5 mil. Could have held out for 17 mil, but oh well XD When the price was around 15 mil for 500 CSC, the cards would sell right out of my shop within a few minutes.

People get CSC for Christmas gifts. The price will drop a little between Christmas and New Years' Day, in my opinion.

since this is 'artificial inflation' per say it might go down a bit after... but, like tokens, this is a very popular stuff and it will all depend of the supply and demand. Hopefully it will go back down to 15M in few week, but it will all depend on how many people will be placing those for sale and how many will buy them. I know, not helpful...
