Sorry if there is already another board like this. I checked the first two pages, and couldn't find anything.
Anyways. How many people have seen this movie, and what are your thoughts about it? I liked it. I think they overused the slow motion crap, and some parts could have been better. But overall, it was pretty good. :D.
It was pretty cool, i think the story was a little messed up kind of, like it didn't go all smooth like i thought it could be. I like who they got to play Chris, been a fan of that actor from Prison break. I saw it in blueray, so it was amazing graphics wise. Definitely could use more zombies i think ;P I do look forward to the next one though.
They destroyed Wesker. My Wesker. My poor, sharply-featured, major kick-butt, Wesker. <3
i was disappointed ): it was just.. idk, it did not make sense. i'm a sucker for these movies so i'll just forgive this one for sucking ass, but. at least there were milla and ali to compensate.
I just saw Resident Evil and Resident Evil Apocalypse on Friday with my Boyfriend Lol But I've never seen Resident Evil Afterlife .. I wanted, but ... noone wanted to see this with me so I didn't saw it <.<

I saw all four. The first two were the best (T-Virus released into the underground hive; and get the girl out/Nemesis). I thought by the third one, they were -REALLY- pushing their storyline, by destroying the majority of the world, and not in a good way. There were two things that seriously irked me about the third movie 1) Alice riding around the desert looking for survivors and fuel; 2) Creating a ton of clones, only to use an insignificant amount, ONCE. The only time she implemented them was to "kill" the guy at the beginning of the fourth movie and they didn't even succeed :s. WHY NOT LET THE CLONES TAKE OUT THE ZOMBIES?! Not enough ammunition? Wouldn't it also be easier to seek out survivors if she sent out patrols?
The fourth movie, all she did was fly around a plane, and it takes her 90% of the time just to get to the ship. The entire series is on a downward decline. It's obvious the only people who can do -ANYTHING- about the problem, are Umbrella Corp, and they don't want to/don't have enough scientists to figure it out. There just aren't enough survivors to overthrow the zombies in hand-to-hand combat. If they try -ANYTHING- it better be something like chemical warfare (e.g. they find a chemical that kills the t-virus, and just sprays the thing over the zombies). The theme to last two movies has basically been: "WHERE CAN WE POSSIBLY PUT ISOLATED PEOPLE, FOR ALICE TO SAVE, SO WE CAN MAKE ANOTHER MOVIE :D" ("Oh! I know! ALASKA!"; "Oh! I know! ON TOP OF A BUILDING!"; "Oh! I know! A SHIP!" Anyone see a pattern?)
I'd be happy if they all just died, or got eaten by zombies :p I would even settle for the Umbrella Corp scientists running out of canned goods and twinkies, and cannibalizing themselves :D

I actually liked it. the zombies were pretty much straight out of RE5. :D
I wasn't a fan. The only part of it I liked was with the Executioner.
lolterrible, first two were decent thou (:
Capcom, make moar movies like Resident Evil Degeneration kthx.
I thought it was pretty good, however, the Silent Hill addict in me saw the blatant thievery; the executioner character didn't look or act like that in the game and he seemed like a revamped Pyramid Head.
This is my design.
I loved it personally. I kind of wish that they would have made the movies out of said games. Resident Evil 4 was, in essence, RE5 the video game, just without the africans. That was my major complaint.
I thought the graphics were amazing, and the story was well-put together. I know people didn't like that it took Alice the whole movie to get to the ship, but it's not like there was a large amount she could have done when she got there... So, again, bravo to the writers. They took a lot of liberties, but they didn't ruin it. I did like how they made Chris, though I had honestly imagined him to be stockier - not that I'm complaining, this Chris was pretty badass - because of the game, but /shrugs/ I liked him.
I can't wait for 5, I love Jill.
Sorry guys its taking me so long to reply. I haven't been on in forever. :O
Whenever I watched it, I thought the exact same thing. She had so many clones, but it only showed like 10 of them. What happened to all of the other ones? I'm sure they didn't all just drop dead or something like that. As you said, it would have been easier to fight off the zombies with like 200 of her. Even if they didn't have enough guns, or ammunition, they could have used swords, or other various melee weapons. Plus she had all of those cool amazing powers :O.
I thought I was the only one who liked it. I think it's probably one of my favorite movies. I think they could have made the fights a little epicer, but it was decent, and I liked it.
Yeah, I wish I'd seen in in the theatre. I loved it. And I can't wait for the next one. lol.
Me too! I saw it at home :/ It would have been great to see it in 3D though. Do you know when it's coming out? Or heard of any anything?
Hell yeah. I'm jealous I never got to see it in 3D.
No I haven't heard anything, I just know they're making a 5th.
I was supposed to go see it with a friend of mine, but she lied to me and went with someone else -____-.
Hopefully this will be the end. I mean, I love the series and everything, but it can only go on for so long without it getting ruined. Some people might say it's already been ruined, but I still like it. Just like Pokemon -_-
Ew, I hate when people do that... Ha yeah I kind of hope this movie will be the end, too. I'm excited for it though. I kind of love the guy that plays chris. And wesker. And jill. And.... Haha. well, you know. I love the cast.
