1. The last sale lasted a week I believe.
2. It normally applies to any item currently in the cash shop (they have brought retired items back before for sales) and the costume trunks/boutique. It excludes cash shop credit vouchers, CWs and hustler.
3. No, not normally during sales though there has been special offers like that during the year.

Well, no guarantees this will be correct since there's always the possibility that Keith will change it, or that we won't have a sale at all, but in the past:

1. All weekend.
2. Generally 50%, off, though gold accounts and custom wears are not included in the discounts. Pet slots and name changes etc are, though.
