A couple of months ago I fed a sex berry to my pet Tyrfing to change her gender to male. It was unsuccessful then and I left it alone. Just under an hour ago I fed her another sex berry and she is still female. I'm pretty sure there's nothing complicated about the berry since I've used it before, so could this be a glitch?

I don't have one to double check this, but I think it has a USE option for changing gender. If you selected "Feed to pet", your pet ate it. This won't change gender.
