I can't seem to find the guy who makes you a virus cure potion by crushing your candy hearts once you've collected the required amount. Can anyone tell me where I can find him?

He's not around right now, he usually shows up when a cure is made, which usually is announced in the news.

- actually he is around, but there is no onsite link, here is the direct link. He will make last year's cure for 50 hearts. He isn't making this year's cure because there isn't one yet.
