I've had my billboard enabled for I think almost a week now, and normally it can drain 20k+ impressions an hour. It's still at 288k impressions.

Usually a 300k billboard would've been well dead by now.

I'm getting the same problem. I made a dance billboard maybe 5 ish days ago and put 50k impressions, and it still has 30k left.

Starting Impressions: 300,000 Impressions Left: 279,142 Clicks: 196 Status: Accepted!

There are a lot of billboards around, lately, though

Yeah with the masquerade going on, a lot of people use them for dances. It may just be that there are so many that it is taking longer.
