I know we are not aloud to have two, except you can for another person if you fill out a ticket?

my roommate has been bugging me, and i told him no because on other pet sites i knew we couldn't, but keeps bothering me D:

so how do i fill out a ticket? do i have to or does he? and do i do it before or after the account is made?

i promise im not cheating D: and i would appreciate any help given thank you

You are filing a ticket by clicking on Help on the left and then Ticket Center. Click Create at the top right and select the topic it goes under (I used Other under Accounts).

After your friend registered his account you are filing a ticket including the username of your friend and telling them that you are using the same computer. They'll note it down so there won't be problems with your IP.

I just did that two days ago and it was all fine ^^

: A note can be overseen. If you send a ticket to the UAs they'll note it down so they always have the information when they need it without looking if it's on one of your profiles. It's better to file a ticket before you get frozen because of multiple accounts that you don't have.
