Do they stay retired permanently or do they just go out for a bit and come back? I can't remember how this site use to do things with that. I know the Shinigami was retired once and it came back after a bit.

But the thing is I remember seeing something where they did things differently. It wasn't a permanent thing on here or something. I can't really remember anymore.

@blackwolf_2009 Maybe it was once or twice, but 99% of the time, they're permanently retired.

There are exceptions, like "old favorites" from the Holiday shop every year, and stuff like that

I don't know. I know the holiday items become unretired around the events but it's the others. I know most of them have several around the site either way so it's not like they are going to disappear from the site. I just wondered if they'd ever become unretired later on.
