I cannot code myself, so I need someone to code it for me for my user profile. I only need the code. The image will need to be resized to fit the screen, though I do have a larger image I can send you or however you want me to get it to you.. I am willing to pay 500 CSC or whatever you think is fair (within reason.) Thank you!
