Please please can we have a separate section in the ticket system for Custom Wear related issues? I've had a denial note telling me that I can ask for clarifications with the ticket system, and I felt weird creating a ticket in "other".
I know the bullet system is used to make the process faster, but often it's not enough, or leads to confusion, and we just want some clarification, instead of stabbing in the dark, resubmitting it, and having it denied again. And reading through the forums, it seems that a lot of CW artists would like to ask for more specific notes.
Also, as friendly as the UAs are in answering the tickets, I feel like instead of the UAs answering these CW-related tickets, it should be the staff who are evaluating the CWs who answers them. (Though I feel a bit hesitant suggesting this part, because it's probably not those staff members' jobs to answer tickets, even if they're related to CWs) Maybe to protect the staff from being bombarded outside the ticket system, they can answer anonymously?
