Let's say I really want one but I have no access to the blue building. Can I request a friend that has access to create one for me? If not, are there any other ways I could get one? Can pets get zapped into Bumbus? Thanks!

I think you can ask for someone to transfer one to you. But you can def zap one!

Yes, you could ask a friend to create one and then transfer it to you by choosing "Give pet to friend". You can also zap one. :)
