I would love to have a submit button at the bottom of the page. I always double check to make sure someone hasn't mispriced items before I submit and I have to scroll up all the way through the list. I guess I'm just lazy.

Maybe at both the top and the bottom, because I'd rather not scroll through a massive list to get to a bottom-only submit button. :3
