Since it's a trunk item it's not worth all too much, most won't pay more than 3m for trunk items. The overall price says 4m, so, maybe you can get away with that ?

Anytime ! If it doesn't sell shortly, start lowering the price slightly. I'd say a week or so. I've seen items from trunks be in the shops for 300k and not sell, with only one/two of them in shops.
