So, due to some misinformation and mishaps, I have two new pets! While ideas for their stories are easy enough to come by, deciding on their final look is a bit of a trickier thing to pin down, which is why I'm reaching out to all of you for your input and suggestions.

Limp The Debby downer, the wet noodle, the Eeyore; this guy's given up on his pathetic, dead-end life and it shows...his guts. Literally. In the process of turning into a mindless zombie, he's accepted the futility of his circumstances and keeps the living away from him with his depressing attitude. Obviously, this guy needs to be Graveyard colored, but I'm stuck between choosing the Aeaniod, Rreign, and Torrent. Possibly even Anyu, Antelphore, or Priggle.

Faltered A shy and timid thing who flusters under pressure, and is just all around a very pitiable girl that's easily discouraged. Very akin to MLP's Fluttershy, but instead of coming across as cute, her crippling anxiety gets in the way of her chances for success. I mainly chose this path for her because I view the word 'falter' as being more negatively connotative than some of its synonyms. However, it's challenging to find a pet look that reflects this. So far I've done a pretty good job at avoiding doubling up on species and colors among my pets, but if I have to break that pattern for her, then so be it. The only thing that's popped out at me so far is the Glade Donadak, which is something I've been wanting to get for a while. I may even just leave her the way she is, as for some reason I do think that being a Dawn Telenine suits her to an extent.

Faltered- Angelic Antlephore/Mortiking?

Out of the ones you picked for Limp, I think the Rreign fits the best. The rreign actually has it's intestines all over the ground, so to me it makes the most sense.

For Faltered, I sort of feel like a glacier pet would fit her best, since a lot of them look pitiful like the character you described. The glacier lain, torrey, and bumbus come to mind, since to me they appear like they're trying to hide due to some sort of anxiety.

Alright, one vote for Priggle! I'll definitely look into the Angelic Antelphore, but I think the Mortiking would need a revamp for me to consider it. It has a bit of an assertiveness to it that wouldn't fit.

Aha, the gut thing was more for the descriptive play on words, but I do like the Rreign a lot. Ooh, I like the Glacier Bumbus suggestion. And now that I look some more, maybe I'll consider the Glacier Aeanoid too.
