I use Paint Shop Pro 9 now, and it keeps freezing, and no matter what i do, I can not get it to work. I can not use photoshop because I am photoshop stupid.

What do I do? Help?

I started having that problem a few months ago too. I unloaded a ton of brushes, patterns, etc. and it still freezes. I switched to photoshop, which I knew nothing about how to use, and I love it! I will never go back.

You could try GIMP. I've never used it myself but I've heard that it works well. But overall I would say go with Photoshop. It does take a while to learn but it's so worth it.

Photoshop by default. It's not hard to learn unless you don't want to learn how to use it, in which case, you're pretty out of luck. Now, you can always get PS and then go onto deviantART and read up on the tutorials there, there's thousands out on the internet.

Photoshop defiantly. It's the way to go, and it's not hard too learn. I learned by just playing around. I'm not a fan of tutorials.

Besides what other people mentioned, Gimp, etc, maybe CorelDRAW? That maybe be more on the drawing side though. :p
