Is there a code to use that will let me address the visitor by username? I'll be using it on a User Profile page, although that shouldn't matter should it? :P

Well I know there is a code to display the viewer HA (don't know it though) and it has already been used in one user shop so there should be a {username} kind of code somewhere.

Sorry girls, I remember reading about the shop in my cult former chit chat thread, but it got deleted =/ Also, as far as I know the shop owner removed the code because she got several comments about that. The only thing I can tell you is that when looking at the source code, it would simply display the link to my HA, no special code or else. Exactly like when I visit Shinwa and only get my name displayed in the code source. Which means... back to square one XD

I've been pulling my hair over this since them because it would be the best of interaction on a pet profile ^^. Would it be reasonable to think it's coded with php and that there is a high risk it wouldn't work in profiles anyway ?

Yeah, when looking at the source codes here, all you get is.. nothing.

I tried googling ways to code a greeting and all I came up with was either java or php. And since I'm no coding wiz I had no idea how to make either work on here.

, : Yeah, that'd be php. Which doesn't work on a profile, because you can only hard code it in your html page, on the server side. Too bad... It's not something you can file a ticket over either. :/
