What i was thinking was that the subetastaff could make a place where pets could Get intel points like maybe, you have to do puzzle like a wordsearch or a wordscramble or just put a pet in for a MAX of 1 point a day with no 24 hour training or anything like it. This will limit the time trained and the max they coud earn is 366 a YEAR and also make it mabe,5 or 10kSP at a fixed rate. I know that you are thinking well what about the Mystic Spindels game? Well, it is kind of hard to accumulate points to get get ONE intel point once your pet hits a level of intelligence and it could take DAYS or even WEEKS for a single point and a lot of people dont have the time because of jobs or school. Also if there is already a topic on this i am sorry but the search was offline P.S. sorry for any misspells but my computer was offline

The Job Agency randomly gives intelligence bonus. I'm not a hardcore battler but I really wonder how that would affect the battling with the scrolls and stuff?
You can already "train" intelligence using boosters, for about 600k a point. There a over an hundred pets with 1000+ intelligence, which means they used that system, which means it's working pretty well.
Your suggestion isn't realistic unfortunately, because as pointed it out, that would cause some battling issues that I will develop later if you want me to.

i dont think that it will affect the scrolls much because you will only be able to do 1 point a day, with one pet a day. as for the Job Agency... well it is RANDOM you cannot control it also i dont know how it works. if you could fill me in, that would be nice.
as for thats is the whole point[pardon the pun]. the boosters are, as you say, 600k a point. and i am pretty sure everyone is tired of spending up to 100k on Shinwa quests when you arent even sure you will get a booster, and the thing is, the boosters are so expensive that most people dont even bother. and also, the owners of the pets have a LOT of SP (or did) and can afford it. the one point, one pet a day system will disallow people to rush through points and help thos who are a few away from getting a job but cant find a book that they can buy to increase intelligence. and yes i WOULD like you to expound on the battle issues just please bear in mind that this is merely a rough sketch of the idea i have.

:) I'm not really sure how it works either, but I went to collect my pets pay and it said that I got a +1 intelligence boost
ah, so i was right with my suspesions. That leads me to believe that you need a job and also that it is random. Hmmm, what job was it. I mean, what was it the SAI or...?

Nope, it's the job with Subeautique :) I'm pretty sure it was new with the revamp
I don’t think anyone is tired of doing Shinwas Quest, and I don’t think anyone that isn’t retarded would want them to give boosters every single time.
What is and is not expensive is very subjective. What you may consider expensive could very well be fair, or spare change for someone else. As far as people not bothering with boosters, this is obviously not true, as I said, there are hundreds of pets who have used them, or still do use them, as you can see on the Top 100 Smarter pets on subeta, here. Because you cannot afford something doesn’t mean the price should be slashed by 95%. While I liked times when boosters were, say, easy to find for 350 or 400k, I get that market evolves and demand increases. If no one bothered with boosters, they would actually be the 10 or 15k you want them to be at.
So, no, decreasing price because you cannot afford it is not an option. I believe there are about 650 cheap-ish books. I don’t exactly know how much that costs but I’ll ping to confirm, since I know he read about that much to ALL ELEVEN of his pets. That’s enough books for any jobs you might want to apply to.
One point a day, for a straight year. that’s 365 free intelligence points at the end of the year, which is huge. When a pet has reached the point were books are too expensive, it can only dream of getting half that every year, unless they have a pretty high budget for intelligence.
As for battle issues. Why would anyone want intelligence, that doesn’t come from books ? Battling purposes, of course. Intelligence is a very powerful stat, that allows you to equip scrolls. While it may not sound like it matters much when your pet has 20 or 30 AP (300-500 intel), it can be an incredible advantage when you reach higher milestones. Such as, many rounds of almost full blocking, or chain freezes that last 5, 6, 7 or more turns. Achieving such good results cannot possibly as cheap as you’re asking for, it has to come at a price, that many people are paying everyday.
Last but not least, Subeta just revamped the Job agency, that gives intelligence points randomly. Bless them for that, and don't ask for an arm when someone gives you an hand.

ok i can see your line of reasoning but this was an IDEA,you addressed is the fact that boosters arent that cheap. my idea of expensive is 500-600K up plus i dont know what you mean by "cheep-ish" books. and 365 points is 3650000SP i can see that maybe you could INCREASE the price of it to maybe, 50K? 100K? and i think that you are right by saying that people arent tired of shinwa quests and that giving every time is wrong. im sorry for the weak argument, i was tired. i get that the market evolves too. and i know that intel matters much when battling. last but not least, this was just an idea that i thought would be really cool, and im sorry if you find flaws in it, EVEN THOUGH there are flaws in almost every idea. for example, the buying CSC was practically buying SP. but, as you said "When a pet has reached the point were books are too expensive, it can only dream of getting half that every year, unless they have a pretty high budget for intelligence." this will help them get more intel, and maybe the intel could start at 50000 SP and every time you us it[on one pet] it goes up 1000 SP? how does that sound?

And this was just an ANSWER
Make it so the daily training costs 400k, and there will still be tens of people (or more) using this daily. Actually, this seems like a pretty good sP sink, I'd almost ping someone to look into the idea further. Like of an sP smelter with the recycle beast, except for intel.
Anything that would cost less than that still sounds retarded to me. I actually find intelligence to be expensive, but I think it's a pretty good thing. What are you going to tell someone that has a pet with 1200 intel, 400 of which come from boosters? That's like 200m, only for the boosted stats. Tell them to stfu, that now peple can get that extra 400 points for 4m over a year ? Seems fair.
not

i get what you are saying, but it would be like the token shop or training center.and ok, so its 400K a year, that comes out to 400mill a year.Is that good for you? what do you think would help this idea?
may i have this dance?
Assuming you meant 400k a day, that actually comes out to less than 150m a year? I'm not saying it will be cheap or for everyone, because that's not the point for me.
I don't think anything can help this idea. Don't try to fix something that isn't broken.

I don't think that this is necessary at all, we have the Job Agency, scratchcards, intel boosters, Mystic Spindles...
If anything, maybe Mystic Spindles should be revamped - but that is neither here nor there.
That's my lowest to highest (I've read to all 13 of my pets, and yes, you can call me insane :P )
Closest to 650: Pet Books Read: Prongs: 94,945,712 sP. Prongs has read 654 books!
I did play spindles to get at least a little intel before I started reading to all of my pets but that gets EXTREMELY boring!
I would pay 400k per day to train an intel point on all 13 of my pets! (at least when I could afford it :P )
