Looking for a free overlay

Only because I have very little to pay right now. I really would like an overlay of my pet Powerline. He's a nuclear Keeto, i would like to see him redone in the galactic keeto pose and to give him a studded collar and studded band on his back right leg. :D

Yeah the keeto's neck fluff makes adding any kind of big collar iffy. xD
