I drank one of the infection vials, but I still can't get into the zombie den...anyone else having the same issue?

No humans can get into the den yet.

The vial doesn't make you a zombie. It is a TEMPORARY infection to your HA, not an actual strain. And I'm pretty sure there was a message telling you this when you drink the vial.
