Achievement said that layout changes after carving 500 pumpkins. but it wasn't changed. why? may be i have to do something in settings?

If you've unlocked the layout you can swap to it by going to your User Dashboard (under the 'Personal' tab) and then clicking on 'Site Layout.' :)

Indeed, you have to manually switch the to new layout.
