Always depends on if there's a plot or not. But usually it goes on for about 2 weeks 3 at the most.

Yup, I think the safest bet is that it starts on the 14th and ends by the end of Feb. xD But we never know when miniplots can happen and (for example) if a war happened, kissing could be interrupted o: However I think its not the case (Keith said no plot this year...) so there's def no need to be running around crazily XD
