I'm not sure if this is the right place, because I don't know if my problem belongs in the 'Problems and Bug' or not.

This is what has happened. I've lost one Long Red Tulle Skirt. I received it from the Ocean Depths Vending Machine earlier this morning at about eleven(11)am. I attempted to place it in my wardrobe and thought that it gone there. But as it was showing the page asking me if I wanted to go to my wardrobe there was a lag and then the site went down for a short amount of time. When I came back at about one(1)pm the skirt was no where to be found. I've check all my shops, my vault, and my wardrobe. I'm not sure what to do. If someone could please help I would dearly appreciate it.

Make a ticket in the help center, explain the problem as fully as you just did here, and one of the UAs will check your logs and sort it out for you. :)
