I had the same problem, my computer crashed and i lost the pic, thankfully i posted in the shadowglen thread and the anon resent it to me :D

I ran into the same issue when I opened my Resident present on my iTouch and forget to save the image. Create a ticket and ask Staff to retrieve the message. You'll have your artwork in no time.
