Couldn't find either on my own.

1- Where'd the Healer move too? These new more detailed maps make it hard to find stuff!

2- Tiers, are they just based on level or something? Before, my Oracle's Short Sword just did damage based on my level. Now, my active pet is Tier 7 and it's Tier 9, so I can't even use it anymore?

the healer is in the golden dome with white spirals next to the souk in Sacred Lands.
