I'm new in Subeta still so I wanted to make sure something was ok before I did it. Would it be acceptable for me to link a picture to a deviantart in a post? Like say every post has a picture that when you click on it you are taken to the artist's deviantart page. This would be my way of crediting the artist which I'm required to do to use the picture. I'm not doing this so much to advertise, but some forum websites consider that offsite advertising.

You might want to just put the credit in your signature and be like drawn by: ... But, you can, and are mostly expected to always credit artists here.
