I am frazzled right now. I filed a ticket but it could be a bug so ill report it here too.

So, I only clicked on the $5.00 CSC thing ONCE and went to the training center to put Riblayn in a class for defense. Well, I got 1000 csc and I was confused for a moment, half thinking i got extra csc. Well, when I looked at my events I see they charged me twice, for two 500 csc. I didnt want that and i only clicked on it once. Just one time! I want them to take the extra 500 csc back and give me my $5.00 back. I only wanted to pay $5.00...not $10.00....

Did this happen to anyone else?

I've never had that happen. I'm not sure if they'll give you a refund but good luck

Please file a ticket for this issue. This forum is more for fixing bugs while the ticket can help with refunds.
