I noticed I have a silver trophy, however I believe I completed every step of the plot, why don't I have gold? Did I miss one? Or? I am confused

i just checked your achievements and if it helps any you are missing 2 achievements

Pick Your Poision (2% of users have this achievement.)

Complete 10 poison quests for Skitters or Ecks during the Shadowglen Underground release.

Chessmaster (2% of users have this achievement.)

Discover the truth during the Shadowglen Underground release.

to get that one you need to visit skitters/ecks which ever you choose and go from there, information can be found here and it will be the last achievement/development 13 or the finale im not sure which spolier tag sorry
