I thought my brain was dying, so I had a panic attack on top of that haha.

My new room is really bright, big window lets in lots of sun, way brighter than my old room. Unfortunately I guess that put a huge sudden strain on my eyeballs during my days off staring at the computer and also trying to draw. First it felt like my eyes wouldn't focus, then there was this squiggly part of my vision in my left eye. When it got bigger I thought I was dying or something lol, so I asked my mom to take me to the hospital and on the way there it went away but then I started having a mild panic attack so I went home and took a nap, then the squiggly in my left eye came back and I thought for sure I was dying but didn't want to bother my mom because the car she was using wasn't ours, so then I tried to take another nap but got a really annoying headache that persisted for about an hour until I put peppermint oil all over my head, THEN I GOT NAUSEA

but then i ate food and now i feel better but my left eye is getting bloodshot and i'm still paranoid that my brain is melting.

the end

(also have any of you experienced this as well? I feel like if I know something similar happened to other people I'll feel less like death is imminent)

About 10 years ago during summer break, I was super bored. My sister let me play her Cleopatra game, which is one of those games you build the civilization. I got started from the beginning And was enjoying myself until my head start pounding and I felt sick to my stomach. I then realized I had been playing for almost 8 hours without a break. I closed the laptop got something to eat and returned the game to my sister. The next day I went to the library and checked a bunch of books out.

I'm fairly sure what you experienced is called a 'migraine aura'. Makes sense since it proceeded a headache. Unless you start getting them all the time, it's not something you need to go to the emergency room for. I've had them before, too.

Sounds like a migraine aura. I've had one before, when I was using the computer for too long. To be blunt, maybe you should do something about your paranoia. Having thoughts like that and running to the emergency room isn't normal.

I will love you forever if you trade me:

That's classic symptoms for a visual migraine/migraine aura. Some people get a herringbone pattern with theirs, some (like me) get it where it obstructs part of your field of vision.

Though, I'd do something, like others said, about the paranoia because that's overboard and really unhealthy.
