I know the sites been having a real tough time lately. I was wondering if new special quests are going to come back? Malaria is great at first, but her prices get so high over and over. :3 Thank you!

Wow, it's another Friday with no new special quest? :( I wish they'd at least announce Maleria so I wouldn't feel like the feature was being completely abandoned.

Anyway, I second this. I miss getting excited over who was going to be the weekend quest.

It is getting annoying how it is only Maleria who is getting to be the weekend quest. Her items have already inflated to ridiculous prices and just are not worth doing anymore. If they are going to get rid of special weekend quests, they should at least fix Maleria being the weekend quest 4 weeks in a row.

Though, I don't know if it has been fixed or not.. I just assumed that since it's been buggy recently, it might still be. :P

I don't think it is the cron, seeing as how weekend special quests were broken weeks before the cron broke. I just wish that either we get other special quests or get rid of special quests entirely some time soon.

The chron appears to be just fine, the quests have been resetting as normal for the past....At least 3-4 days. Also the chron has no effect on what the special quest is, that's a whole different system.

And in general I agree with this. Maleria asks for specific items, which means the prices of them skyrocket. I've noticed this with my daily wiz questing as of late, anytime he asks for anything she'd ask for I have to abandon the quest because there's either none in the shops or they're a mil plus. I was lucky to get something cheap when I had to do one of her quests for the Ecks plot, seriously.

Either they need to fix the thing that picks the weekend quest or take it down, because right now it's being more of a burden than anything.

You could do what I've been doing, and start trying to restock the items she asks for from shops and hording them... or selling them for a sweet profit. Since there is no uclue when staff will fix this, make it work for you! :)

yeah they definitely need to fix it. and maybe make Wizard or SAGGI the special quest...

A new special quest would be nice, but I'd rather the staff worried about making sure the site kept functioning for now I guess. I mean, it's been having a really tough time and I'm sure the staff have been working really hard for ages now and have a lot to worry about. It'll be fixed eventually, I'm sure ^^ .

The prices aren't too bad considering that this is her second (or is it third now?) consecutive week as the special weekend quest. It's been much worse. I remember the first time when almost all of the items she asked for were above 100k :S

When the weekend quest does get changed/fixed, I'm hoping for Nori/Mori. Getting the achievement and the "Cursed" title would be pretty awesome, but I'm usually too lazy to do them, lol. It'd be nice for the motivation.
