Is it just me or are overly hyper people annoying? I understand that being happy is a good thing, but it isn't necessary to run around screaming and shouting like a five year old.

I think it is a great thing sometimes c: I get hyper when I have sugar and my friends go along with it, but I guess I don't do anything too insane.

It's pretty cool if you're at a party or concert but otherwise I'd say probably yeah.

I can agree, people who constantly scream and shout and run around get on my nerves. I can understand being with friends, but I'd prefer you do that when there... aren't other people around you know?

As said, it's fine at a party or concert, but otherwise... I'd prefer it not be in a public place.
